For immediate release:

If you've ever wondered what goes on "under the hood" come by Davis
Makerspace, 221 G St suite 1337, at 7:00PM on Wednesday February 19th
and Wednesday February 26th to find out! Davis Makerspace member Jim
Stewart will run a two session event covering the fundamentals of
internal combustion engines along with a complete tear-down and
rebuild of a 5HP single cylinder gas engine. At the first session,
February 19th, audience members will have the opportunity to
participate in the tear-down. At the second session, February 26th,
audience members will have the chance to rebuild the engine, fill it
with fluids, and get it running. Be prepared for loud noises, stinky
smells, education, and a lot of fun! All necessary equipment will be
provided.

The sessions are free, with a $5 suggested donation to Davis Makerspace.

Davis Makerspace is a non profit communtiy organization made up of a
diverse group of builders, makers, hackers, and programmers who share
an interest in science, technology, art, and what happens when those
interests collide. They work with hardware and software, metal and
