[dcw] Selecting a Name

Thanks Braden and Jordan for pushing us on this.  Now we just need people 
to populate the page so we have a good idea for what names seem best and 
what projects and needs of the space are most interesting to the group .. 
instead of just dedicated wiki editors of the group.
