[dms-discuss] Um, the library (!)

Hi

Thanks again for the effort on this, I just read the draft MOU.

It's impressive the library is willing to go full on with this, and have
the backing of Friends and so forth for funding some needs.

Seeing as how our organization has become a bit fragile, I'd say one or
two years for the initial contract term, with renewable etc...  This is
an important opportunity for the organization, and we can see how it
goes, and see what can be done, if we can grow, and do engaging work.

Can someone chime in on the state of the MOU? Like are we - lets add
some typical boilerplate clauses and such, or is it in its mostly final
form and just wordsmithing?

I am interested, and can meet next week. Some times I can do would be
Tues 4-6,  Thurs,  Fri any time between 2-7
