[dms-discuss] Plotter

Hi everyone,

The visitor yesterday was interested in the plotter, but I couldn't get it
to boot. I didn't troubleshoot too much besides unplugging + replugging and
trying a different outlet. So, just a heads up that it's down and I'm not
sure why just yet.
