- Call to order at 19:07
- Roll call
  - All board is here except for Bill (he arrived later).
- Approval of previous meeting's minutes
  - People seem okay with it.
- Call for additions to the agenda
  - Nothing to add.
- Officers report
  - President
    - Thanks to Jim for the awesome projector; Jim and Rob donated.
    - Summertime, nice and warm.
    - A few new folks have been coming in.
  - Secretary
    - Nothing to report.
  - Treasurer
    - Funds are looking pretty good.
    - Insurance company has not yet cashed our check, so that helps.
      - Please continue to not hurt yourselves.
    - Regardless, we are good to get through the year.
- Committee reports
  - Events Committee
    - We have an art about coming up on Friday
      - Steve E. and some friends have some music to bring in.
      - Doesn't need to come up any earlier to set up.
      - Should have sufficient PAs.
      - (Jeff) Steve E. feel free to email us if you need anything else.
      - Circuit bending is cool and creepy.
    - Explorit's "Blast Off" Event
      - August 30th
      - Hang out with a table to show off anything.
      - Do we want to be involved?
      - (Rob) Would be good to have 2+ people.
      - Rob, if around, will go.
      - Steve E. may be available.
  - Key Committee
    - There was some discussion, but nothing to report.
  - Materials Committee
    - Nothing to report.
- Old Business
  - Nothing.
- New Business
  - Stuff in the Davis Enterprise that may indirectly affect us.
    - Cannery project developers have some money to Davis Roots, other startups, and the Sacramento
      Hackerspace, with which Rob White had some involvement.
  - The old Macs
    - (Jordan) Do we have any OS disks in order to reset the username / password?
    - Rob might have such media, and Jordan will give it a go.
  - Rob has been noticing more people dropping by, at least during his hours.
    - A couple people who wanted to 3D print stuff.
    - A professor might have interest in being more involved with the space.
    - Jeff also noticing new people.
    - Jeff considering sending out more email about doing open hours; seemed to help get some
      people the last time he did so.
