[dms-discuss] Upcoming vote

Hey, Tim.

A vote will be called at Monday's meeting.  I wouldn't feel comfortable
making substantial changes to the proposed language, but I think we can
discuss performing "line-vetos" and presenting a lesser document to
vote.  We'll discuss it as the voting power and see what makes most sense.
