Rewriting our Bylaws

All,

Tim raised a valid concern: we should be more explicit regarding the
term length of officers and directors.

We've added language specifying one year terms.  This reinforces
California Corporation Law.

The changes are in the usual place:

I'm resetting the countdown.  If anyone has a comment or request, voice
it here (in this thread).  If there are no objections in the next five
days, the board will adopt the bylaws as posted.
