Hey, all.

Braden in correct: the bylaws build on (and inherit from) California
Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law.  In particular, code 5220
specifies a term limit of 1 year.

To keep things easier to read and maintain, we've been choosing to try
and only specifically state things that differ (that we're choosing to
change, that is).  We have reiterated a few items for clarity.  I'll
look at adding in an explicit statement of 1 year.

Since this isn't requiring a change to the bylaws (other than stating
more clearly what's already the case), I don't think this resets the
countdown.
