Hi gang --

Oh, drat...

I'm afraid that I have a small concern. In the version that I downloaded on 09/10/13 the section [No Vacancy on Reduction of Number of Directors][] mentions "term of office" but there is no explicit definition of a term of office for Directors.

I would like that clarified, please, because as I read it, the positions don't expire (until the Director does, that is!... or until a Director resigns or is kicked out).
