Still waiting on proof of insurance

Fellow Makers-

We have the signatures and are ready to sign the lease. However, we cannot
get the keys until we have proof of insurance. I talked to James last night
it looks like we are not going to have it by this weekend.

As soon as we have the keys I will let you know. Stay tuned.
