[dcw] Name update

I'm for another email vote, with a deadline of, say, the Monday after
this meeting (that is, July 23). Since there is an objection to 'Davis
Makerspace', perhaps we should throw that out? I reran the results.blt
file through https://instantstv.appspot.com/ (Warren STV) using 6 names
instead of 5, and it added 'Davis Community Workshop' to the current
five. If that doesn't have the same negative reaction as Davis
Makerspace, perhaps we could vote among

	Strange Attractor
	Collabolab
	Davis Community Workshop
	Fab Farm
	Spark Gap

Alternatively, we could just toss Davis Makerspace and vote among the
final four (Strange Attractor, Collabolab, Fab Farm, Spark Gap), and use
Davis Makerspace in a tag line/motto.
