- Non-profit status
  - Roland was looking into reinstating our non-profit status, which lapsed.  Also needed to complete the MOU with the Library.
- Voting results:
  - All members present unanimously approve everyone in current board and positions.
    - Board: Bill H, Braden P, Emily (if she wants it), Jax, Julie M, Roland S
    - President: Julie
    - Treasurer: Roland
    - Secretary: Braden
- Would like to organize another repair cafe; it has been a while.
  - Julie will ask about Blanchard room availability.
