2022-03-07 Meeting Minutes

Minutes:

- We have a date for Bill's workshop, so interested in additional details from him about supplies, etc.
  - April 2, 11a to 2p, "Cleaner Air" workshop.
  - Emily has an entry on the website about it.

  - Are there a pre-determined number of slots?  E.g. due to supplies, etc.
  - Indeed would be good to know how many to set up for.
  - Nicholas made an aromatic diffuser; Emily thinking of bringing one to create "pollution" to detect for the workshop.
- Another repair cafe coming up as well. (May 14)
- Rob has an e-waste event at OmSoft this week, if one gives a heads up before coming to drop stuff off.
- Emily has a remote to reunite with the projector, that Braden has.
  - Need to verify which remote might be for the projector
- Bill will get a list of basic parts to Emily for posting to the website.
  - Crista is waiting on it, so the sooner the better.
- Bill will take the old lockers, and unused remotes.
- Bank account needs some activity otherwise the bank will close the account.
  - We can put in some money from the PayPal account, and Roland needs to stop by anyway so he can also poke them.
- Emily has some leftover computers; she'll post about any that might seen still useful otherwise she'll send them off to e-waste.
- Bill will do a dry run of the workshop ~1 week before the Library one at the Woodland Library makerspace; he'll post about that with details.
