[dms-discuss] Davis Makerspace Meeting

Emily and Davismakerspace,

   I finally was able to talk with Trina at the SquareOne Woodland Library
makerspace (it took weeks to get a reply).  She is onboard with our using
their space for meetings or joint projects.  She suggested that we get a
group together and sign up online for one of their Safety Trainnings on a
shared time slot.  I am interested in following up on your idea of having a
workshop where we can put together some air quality monitors.
    We can make PM2.5 particulate monitors for wildfire smoke and CO2 for
inside ventilation to reduce covid19 transmission.  We can also build some
inexpensive HEPA filters to reduce Covid.  The monitors would be either
Aurdino or Raspberry Pi based systems.  SparkFun has CO2 sensors for $20 to
$60 and PM2.5 sensors for $45.
  Are we meeting this Monday at 7:00pm?
