[dms-discuss] Alley Project Update

The project is looking close to finished, with a lot of the alley covered
in concrete, but filling of the last few holes has been delayed first due
to smoke, then rain. The latest from Terry Jue with the city public works
is that the paving will continue for at least the next couple of weeks,
with final completion in "early-mid December" given possible further delays
with forthcoming rain.
