[dms-discuss] Possible Repair Cafe site at the Yolo County Library

I put myself in for 2-5, but I'm willing to switch to the 5-8 slot if
needed down the road to balance out the staffing... ie if someone else can
make it 2-5 shift but not the 5-8, then I'll move to the later time.
