Hello Makerspace!

I have a new project bid in the works that requires some expertise
developing a system that involves a Raspberry Pi (or other graphics capable
embedded controller) connected to a Windows PC or tablet computer. The
embedded controller will receive commands from the PC/tablet via USB or
other wired connection, and responds by displaying a still JPEG image to a
small LCD panel connected to the GPIO pins of the embedded controller. All
images are stored on the embedded controller.

Software on the PC will provide a GUI to select images for display at the
embedded controller, and will also provide a means for the user to upload
new images or edit the image database stored on the embedded controller.

There are funds available to pay your competitive consulting rate.
