Re: table; could someone on the board with some previous communication history with the property manager perhaps ask about if he has something to do with the table's disappearance? (I could ask, though I don't have much communication with him, but regardless, if you'd like me to, I could shoot off an email.)
Re: cart; well, Sunday still would count as "a day or two" from Friday, so perhaps it is still in the clear. If it is still there by the Monday meeting though, perhaps it will have to be turned into a go-cart.
