[dms-discuss] Web Dev Wednesdays

I am putting forth the proposal to run a web dev meetup on the third
Wednesday of each month.  This won't be a class, but rather an open
forum for people to bring their projects and/or questions.  We've
already got a couple of people who have committed to coming, at least
intermittently.

If there are no objections in the next few days I will write up an
event announcement and put it out to press!
