[dms-discuss] Donation Bins

Hey, all.

As per multiple requests, I've put two new bins in the space: one for 
donations coming in and one for suggested removal.  Let's try to put 
anything new in the first bin for discussion on where to keep it.  And 
if you see anything that didn't come in via the first bin (or without 
board/open-hours-holder approval), feel free to add it to the second 
bin.

We'll have periodic discussions on whether to keep the items in the 
suggested removal bin or take them to goodwill.  We may add a third, 
"FREE!", bin later.
