Oops, to elborate, the issue was that the BeagleBone Black was power-cycled and more importantly I don't have the door daemon program set up to run on boot, plus I had changed something that made it hard for me to log in unless I was in physically in the space.

So in other words the solution was simply to actually start the daemon, which I could only do by being at the space.

I will soon make the daemon autostart, amongst a few other under-the-hood changes I need to finalize.  Let's say withiiiin.... one week.
