Bylaws: Directors term limits

Hi gang --

James has been GREAT about asking me if I'd prefer that we changed the proposed bylaws to make the "term limits for directors" explicit, or if it's OK to keep the countdown clock running now that everyone has had a chance to realize that the term limits are defined in an external document (a California legal code).

So I am asking that the proposed bylaws be changed to make the term limits explicit.

I understand that will restart the countdown clock, and I hope that doesn't irritate anybody.

I will continue studying the proposed bylaws; I've only made it through part of the document. That said, I'm hoping that I do not find any other issues. We all would like to move ahead and get the California nonprofit status. And after that, there is the Federal nonprofit status to think about, isn't there?
