Rewriting our Bylaws

Greetings, group.

As we discussed last night, I pushed two additional changes to the
proposed bylaws:

1) A specification of what constitutes an "Interested Party" and an
ineligibly of interested parties to participate in a vote.

2) A clarification that the board may call special board meetings.
These meetings must be publicly announced, and minutes will be kept and
published.  Necessarily, however, as pointed out by Jim, the special
meetings need not be public.

there are no objections in the next five days, the board will adopt the
bylaws as posted.  The countdown has begun.
