[dcw] T-shirt #001 proposal

Hi guys,

I have some old screen printing stuff that might be useful, if this plan is
still in the works. Never opened screen drawing fluid, screen filler, diazo
photo emulsion kit -- anyone know how long this stuff stays good? I think
it's slightly less than 10 years old.
