[dms-announce] December Board Meeting

It looks like concrete pouring has been put on hold for possibly the next
couple weeks, so we'll be meeting again in the Kobe Mini Mart underground
on Monday, December 3rd, at 7 PM. Electing officers and board members for
next year is the primary task, but with all positions having only one
candidate each, I'm not expecting any surprises or late night recounts.
