[dms-announce] [dms-discuss] New Shelves

Greetings, all.

I'm adding this to the June agenda: discussion and decision on how to
allocate/use the new and existing shelves.  This will *not* be a vote;
it will instead be an opportunity for advising the board and the
to-be-determined feng shui committee.
