Greetings, Makers, and happy new year!  Let's make 2014 the year our
little space really takes off :)

Due to the holiday, I know a few people won't be back in time for a
first-Monday-meeting, so let's have our monthly meeting on January 13th.
 I'd like to try smaller meetings for a bit.  Here's the proposed agenda:

3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes
4. Call for Additions to the Agenda
5. Officers Report
    1. President
    2. Secretary
    3. Treasurer
6. New Business
    1. Directors Conflict of Interest Acknowledgements
    2. Setting a 2014 Calendar of Events
    3. Proposals for Sub-Committees
7. Additions to Agenda
8. Adjournment
