<div>We're having a volunteer appreciation and work
day to help clean out our new space.</div>
<div>Currently, there's lots of scattered debris in
the space, with a bunch of useful building materials
mixed in.</div>
<div>I'll have two dump trailers and lots of barrels
for sorting and dumping stuff that's of no use for
us.</div>

<div>I'll have lots of drinks, snacks, lunch, and
great music to keep us going!</div>
<div>Bring sturdy shoes, and gloves if you have
some, otherwise, I have a few to lend.</div>
<div>It's a bit dusty in there so bring a dust mask
or large bandana to tie around your face!</div>

<div>We'll be making preparations for custom spaces,
built to suit your needs! So, come on by and help
plan and claim your space!</div>

<div>The space is a warehouse, 1400 square feet,
50x28', with two roll-up doors and one regular
door, 13' tall interior, bathroom and 24/7 gated
access with keypad.</div>

<div> <b>My vision for the space is to have a:</b><br>

<div>Sound studio for practice and recording,</div>
<div>Several private and shared visual art studios,</div>
<div>Lots of shared open space, tools, and materials,</div>
<div>Ceramics, metalwork, and woodwork shops,</div>
<div>A kitchenette,</div>
<div>And a kick-back area.</div>
