few items that really shouldn't be thrown away

<div>The new tennants have given us until the 21st
to be completely out, and we should not rest on
our laurels quite yet. In my opinion it is
paramount that we continue to hammer away at this
with as much time and energy as we can muster,
because nothing is ever as easy as it initially

as being a good day to move things into your
garage, is this still true? Once we hear back
from you, I would like to organize a few
additional volunteers to help you with loading and
